AeroVanc

AeroVanc is a novel, dry powder inhalable form of an antibiotic, intended for the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection in Cystic Fibrosis patients and other high risk patient populations with pulmonary gram-positive bacterial colonization. The product is intended for quick dosing and self-administration at home. Recent studies have shown that median survival time is shortened for Cystic Fibrosis patients with MRSA. With the prevalence of MRSA increasing throughout the world, Savara hopes to provide an effective treatment for pulmonary MRSA pending a positive outcome during the clinical trials.

AeroCort

AeroCort is a unique high performance inhaled corticosteroid product that is intended for the treatment of asthma in children. There is an unmet need in the marketplace for a product that efficiently delivers well known corticosteroid steroids that reduces overall dose and can be effectively utilized by children. AeroCort is intended to meet this need by combining a high efficiency, breath activated, dry powder multi-dose inhaler with an excipient free formulation.  The product has completed formulation and is ready for GMP production ahead of clinical trials.
